1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our programs. If you enroll and find within the first 30 calendar days that the program is not right for you, we will issue a full refund of your enrollment fee. No questions asked. This guarantee reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and our belief in what we offer.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for our 30-day guarantee refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 30 calendar days of your program start date.
- Contact us via email at hello@faisaladnan.com with your name and enrollment details.
- Have attended no more than 4 live sessions (to prevent abuse of the policy).
- Not have received job placement services (referrals, company introductions, interview facilitation).
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day period, refunds are not automatically available. However, we consider each situation individually. If you have extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis, major life event), please contact us. We review all cases with compassion and will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a partial refund, program deferment, or credit toward a future program.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Processing fees charged by payment providers (JazzCash, bank transfer fees).
- Scholarship amount (only the student's own contribution is refundable).
- Refunds will not be issued if program access was terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- One-time application or assessment fees (if applicable).
6. Installment Plans
For students on installment plans, the 30-day guarantee applies to the total program cost. If eligible, only the installments paid to date will be refunded. Future installments will be cancelled. Outstanding unpaid installments for program access already received will not be forgiven.
7. Deferment Option
Instead of a refund, you may request a program deferment — hold your enrollment to join a future cohort. Deferment requests must be made before the 30-day period expires. One deferment per enrollment is allowed, for up to 6 months. No additional fees apply for deferment.
