1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Learn with Faisal (LWF) program, accessing our platform, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Learn with Faisal.

2. Program Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment and enrollment:

• You receive access to all program materials, recorded sessions, and the private student community.
• Access is personal and non-transferable — sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Session recordings are provided for personal learning use only. Recording, redistributing, or selling sessions is not permitted.
• LWF reserves the right to terminate access for violation of these terms without refund.

3. Payment & Fees

• All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be received in full before program access is granted (unless an installment plan is agreed in writing).
• Installment plans are subject to a separate written agreement and may include a processing fee.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of mentorship access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the LWF platform — including but not limited to curriculum materials, session recordings, project templates, presentations, and written guides — is the exclusive intellectual property of Learn with Faisal (Faisal Adnan). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any LWF content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and come prepared.
• Submit original work — plagiarism is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
• Not solicit or recruit other students for competing programs or services.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please review our complete Refund Policy for full details. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at LWF's sole discretion.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

While Learn with Faisal provides job placement support and has an 85% placement rate, we cannot guarantee employment. Outcomes depend on factors including student effort, skill development, market conditions, and individual circumstances. Our placement statistics represent historical averages and are not binding promises.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn with Faisal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific program in question.

9. Modifications

LWF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
