The AI Era: Every Source From My Seminar, Explained
Faisal Adnan · 05 Nov 2026
On 6 November 2026 I gave a talk called "The AI Era" to students and faculty at Riphah International University in Islamabad. Every claim in the slides has a source, and I asked the audience to check them for themselves. This page is the reading list.
Each post below goes deeper into one slide: what the sources actually say, the numbers, the caveats, and what I would do about it. I wrote them in plain language, and where a source could not be opened or a claim comes from a single report, the post says so.

How I choose and check sources
- I prefer the original document, such as a paper, a company statement or a court record, over a summary of it.
- For numbers, I check who measured them and when.
- I mark company claims as company claims, especially benchmark results.
- If a page cannot be opened, I say so and treat the detail as unconfirmed.
Found a mistake? Please tell me. I would rather correct a post than defend it.
